i was just thinking - so many people walk in and out of our lives, handful of whom have tugged heartstrings. they may still be by your side, they may not.
as for those who are no longer, how do you when you see their names/pictures?
for me, these are bittersweet memories. some stories which may never be retold. (for they were too embarassing)
i wish them well, and somehow i do hope they'd think of me the way i do, just once in a while.
as for those who are now by my side, i am thankful. i cherish every moment, and make new memories each time.
every memory, every experience, makes me who i am now... things could have been so different if i had made a different choice... or, things could still be the same....
the things we'd never know. c:

Scratchy scratch
i've got a bite/cut/rash on my ear - and its so itchy & painful when i touch it :( just put some mopiko and its quite a nice soothing feeling.
ahh, i'm quite tired from the reading and typing. and i realized theres never an end to studying this module, cos its gonna be a lifelong learning experience, and there are just too many different aspects of the different sorts of ways to manage ur finances/money. but its quite thought provoking as i read the advice from the prof. makes me think about where i stand... and how much i really need to learn!
i often get distracted thinking about things i want to do after tuesday as well.
i want to sleep for 12hrs everyday, bake some cakes, try new receipes, pick up guitar, watch my fav dramas, look for business, take photos, spread the good word, play with the kids, and hold hands with you as i do everything else.
wow thats like life in perfection.

the joy of getting a $88 ang bao in a lucky draw. cheap thrill really, but somehow it is a nice surprise :p (i've never won lucky draws, and honestly i dont believe in them)
but then when u think about it, $88 cant quite get much - i can already think of things to buy which will in total cost more than 88. guess it's more to supplement my (un)neccessary spendings so far than a sudden windfall. but well, i'll gladly accept any form of extra cash ya :)
my attention span is damn short :( but i just need to get by the next 2 weeks...!
* zomg, there is a scary storm happening here. many many many flashes of lightning and thunder doesnt stop BOOMing. i'm glad i'm safe in my little room... rain rain go away!!

attended classmates' (vanessa & khai chuan) solemnization on sat. it was a surprise to many of us, but still we certainly give our blessings to their binding love :) i always love weddings, seeing couples walking down the aisle and making their vows always give me goosebumps. love is a gift, and a marriage is a commitment to hold onto that gift. it was a good dinner with the accountants too, and we wrote A = L +OE in their wedding guestbook. LOL. so geeky!! wells. hahahaa.
and then i realised i havent been to many weddings actually. this is my 3rd. and i just went to browse my sister's wedding photos, and boy have we grown. 4 years ago and now.. hahaha biggest change would be my little cousin! she was so cute then...! her cheeks! and now shes lost all that baby fat and almost my height. hahaha. my hair is also evidently growing longer from the pictures (but i think lesser :c) hahah but well, its kinda a nice feeling to see how i (and everyone else) have grown. and my sis now has 2 kids! hahah. what a different phase in life it must be for her now...

anyway i just saw a picture of someone eating durian, AND I FEEL LIKE EATINGGGGG.
was just talking about durian on friday and yesterday too (since goodwood fames for their puffs), and i saw this stall at vista point this morning with baskets of durians around..!!
but i havent eaten any :c
dearest hates that fruit though.
anyone up for a durian fest? hahahah.
im damn tiredddd. but i still have one more paragraph.
3am bedtime 2 nights in a row. no wonder im looking uglier these days. :c

my 22nd easter in my life thus far, but there's still so much to know about the man named Jesus.
I just found out yesterday that he was crucified at age 33.
should really start reading up on theology and the history of my faith soon. if i dont know it well myself, how am i to share with people this amazing story of love?
